Da wird viel darüber geschrieben, mehrtägige Seminare dazu angeboten und etlicher Unsinn verbreitet. Für mich ist jemand motiviert, wenn er in der früh aus dem Bett steigt und seine täglichen Arbeiten verrichtet. Dieser Level an Motivation reicht.
